Institut du Radium
In 1970, the institute headed by Marie Curie (1967-1934), together with the Curie Foundation, became the Institut Curie, which is still dedicated to research, teaching and cancer research today. Marie Curie's former laboratory and study have been converted into a museum. The remaining rooms are still used for scientific purposes. Parts of them cannot be used by employees due to their exceptionally high radioactive contamination (Pavillon des Sources).

Aus dem von Marie Curie (1967-1934) geleiteten Institut ging 1970 zusammen mit der Curie-Stiftung das Institut Curie hervor, das sich heute noch der Forschung, Lehre und Krebsforschung widmet. Das ehemalige Labor und Arbeitszimmer von Marie Curie wurde als Museum eingerichtet. Die restlichen Räume werden weiter wissenschaftlich genutzt. Teile davon sind auch von Mitarbeitern nicht nutzbar aufgrund ihrer außerordentlich hohen radioaktiven Belastung (Pavillon des Sources).
