The first apartment in First Avenue Condos

This is the first apartment in my First Avenue Condos highrise. It has a beautiful living room and bathroom. The floor space is limited so that I focused on more detail and design instead of a apartment with more but very very small rooms. So don't wonder about a missing kitchen or so.
