At Hirosaki Park, Hirosaki, Japan Since Hirosaki is located in Northern Japan, the timing of cherry blossoms is late compared to that in Central Japan. However, cherry blossoms there are regarded to be one of the best, or the best in Japan. It is because the trees in Hirosaki are very well treated, yielding plenty of flowers.
