Tonga Room TIKI Hall of Fame

The Tonga Room in the San Francisco Fairmont Hotel is the oldest Polynesian-themed dining establishment in the Bay Area. Despite its having recently received a million dollar makeover, the Tonga Room is currently at risk. Plans have been initiated to convert a portion of the Fairmont Hotel into luxury condos and alas, the Tonga Room is missing from said plans.
