We catch up with her 4 weeks on from the ultra heel training her husband requires of her. After a lot of pain and effort she is now closing in on 3 hours a day standing in 5 inch + heels. Obviously she still has to get the chores done so often cooks whilst she is getting her mandatory hours in.
