Under siege

Here's the reason why we seek sanctury in nature a lot these last few days. Our house is being 'redone'. The mortar of the old joints is all being drilled away to be replaced by new pointing. The noise of three of those drilling hammers is deafening. So we split whenever we can, taking Foske (who's nearly having a fit) with us.

We're in for another week of dust and drilling (so the contracter proclaims).
