While stopping at a rest area in Ohio, I noticed the flooded picnic area from all of the rain and snow melt we have been having lately caused the small river nearby to overflow its banks. I liked how the snow from the night before was clinging to the trees too. I don't think anyone will be eating among these trees for some time though.

 

I also noticed a very curious sound of many birds squawking in some trees next to the river. Then after getting back in the car I found out the reason why. There were about a dozen cats behind a fenced in area where they stored equipment and dumpsters.
