8/52 ~ Loved one

I dug into my archives for this weeks theme. This is my dad. Today would have been his 88th birthday. Last week marked 6 years since he has been gone. He passed away on my brothers birthday and his sisters birthday. This photo was taken 7 years ago at a family reunion. He loved that crazy hat and would wear it just about anywhere, except maybe the doctors office. Anybody who knew my dad wouldn't think twice about this look for him...lol
