Shobhit University- 15th Convocation - Mobile Shots
The XV Convocation Ceremony of Shobhit Deemed University, Meerut, was a momentous occasion celebrating the academic achievements and hard work of our graduating students, who stood proud and ready to embark on their future endeavors.
Shri Ram Nath Kovind Ji, the Hon’ble 14th President of India, graced the event as the Chief Guest, lending great prestige to the occasion. His presence inspired and motivated the graduates, underscoring the significance of their achievements and the impact they will make in the future.
During the ceremony, 734 graduates were awarded degrees, including 98 Ph.D. holders and 39 Gold Medalists. The University also conferred honorary degrees of D.Litt. to Mr. Jack Sim, Founder of the World Toilet Organization and Restroom Association, Singapore, and Mr. Brian O'Donnell, Managing Director and CEO of the Center for Payment Excellence Asia Pacific Limited, Melbourne, Australia, in recognition of their exceptional contributions to the fields of waste-to-energy and road stabilization.
The Convocation was patronized by Dr. Shobhit Kumar Ji, Hon’ble Chairman of Shobhit University, and presided over by Hon’ble Chancellor Kunwar Shekhar Vijendra Ji. It was further graced by the esteemed presence of Shri Rajendra Agarwal, Former MP Meerut, Shri Rajendra Sharma, Ex MLC, Dr. RL Bishnoi, and other eminent persons from the society. The convocation was successfully organized by Vice-Chancellor Dr. Vinod K. Tyagi and the University team.
