"Data Capture:

HDR composition of M2 taken using COAA 8"" and modified Canon 350D.

Subs: 20 x 12s // 17 x 25s // 16 x 50s All unguided.

 

Processing:

Dark subtracted no bias, cosmetic correction and registered to 50s master. Integrated, croped to same size and background removed. Images combined using HDR tool.

Combined image background neutralised, colour corrected and deconvolved using motion blur.

Stretch using adaptive stretch with a setting of 270.

Once non-linear HDR Transformation SCNR + TGV Denoise followed by saturation boost, Morphological Transformation and unsharp mask.

Final curves modification to remove colour noise from background.
