Despite being mid-December, the weather around Central Pennsylvania has been rather warm. Around Altoona, snow doesn't exist, but in the upper elevations, the first thin blanket has begun to form. NS 7675 leads 11V thru a morning snow shower, kicking up powder under the 263 signals.
