While I was going through the website where the ADRs were found, I found roughly five 2002 era results from Morgan Hill or San Jose. This one stated that the location was San Jose.
The funny thing about it, is that the cart tipper below the hopper, is unusable (unless you want to rip your cart in half), but it appears functional. The extended hopper portion was most likely removed when not needed, leaving the cart tipper usable and functional.
