Star the horse with Billy Smith
Star the horse with Billy Smith, who used to drive him, and Ann and John Pickering on the back. Every day in the summer, Billy would drive the cart to a place in Hill Street that produced ice so he could take it back to be used to make ice cream, he would then go to Clucas's Fish Shop to collect fish and the shop next door for extra veg. The ice cream was made in two flavours, vanilla and strawberry.
