Norse-era carved cross, Old St. Runius, Marown
One of the ancient crosses housed with the old Marown Parish Church of St. Runius, which was originally built in the 12th Century but altered and enlarged in 1754.
This cross dates to the 7th century. It had been used as a door lintel, and was only discovered when the doorway was heightened.
