Hop-tu-naa turnip carving: A cat & a cauldron

A carved turnip from the Isle of Man. The face of the "moot" here shows a cat (with a cauldron), one of the essential elements of a traditional Peel turnip.

 

This moot was carved for Hop-tu-naa 2016 by Sue Woolley.
