Blue Dasher dragonfly (m)

Poised on a cattail leaf at the edge of the pond, this little dragonfly showed me his white face and green eyes and the sunlight emphasized the amber tones of his wings in the shadows, The powdery abdomen with the black tip along with thorax stripes completes his identity.
