#ClosingBell: Bulls are partying at Dalal Street with the #Nifty hitting 8700 post Budget speech. The #Nifty index climbed 141.40 points or 1.6 percent at 8702.70 while the #Sensex is up 435.85 points or 1.6 percent at 28091.81. M&M, Maruti,ICICI Bank, Tata Motors and ITC are #TopGainers while TCS, NTPC, Infosys, Bharti Airtel and Dr Reddy's are Top Losers.
