Closing Bell : The BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty ended in red on Friday on account of selling in IT, auto, telecom and realty stocks amid mixed global cues. Investors also turned cautious ahead of the announcement of the next RBI governor. Sensex closed 46.44 points down at 28,077, while Nifty index settled 6.35 points down at 8,666.90. In the 50-share index, Bank of Baroda, State Bank of India, Hindalco, Aurobindo Pharma and Ambuja Cement gained between 1.44 per cent and 4.15 per cent.
