Guess I'm Gonna Have to Eat Worms
Some of the most difficult birds to see in the Neotropics are antpittas, who are songbirds with long legs and very short tails. They spend most of their time skulking on the ground. Some birding locations have trained antpittas to come to places where birders can watch them eating worms. The worms (or actually half worms) in this photo were prepared for antpittas in Ecuador.
