Snowy Owl in Cherry Blossoms
In recent winters, Snowy Owls have visited the Washington area. They usually are not found this far south. One winter, I monitored the Snowy Owls at National Airport near where I live. The owls do not stay around through the spring, but in 2014, I took a photo of a stuffed Snowy Owl that I placed in the cherry blossoms in Washington.
