Humps
Uganda has signs to warn motorists about impending humps in the road. Ecuador has signs serving the same purpose, but there is no red triangle, no words, and the black figure is near the top of the sign. Some people have drawn faces under the black figure so that the figure looks like a hat. The signs have not been "defaced", but rather "faced".
