Unbelievable Monsters
A sculpture in Venice by the British artist Damien Hirst called "The Fate of a Banished Man" featured a man on a horse wrestling with a sea monster. Hirst had a show at the Palazzo Grassi called “Treasures from the WRECK of the Unbelievable,” which received some negative reviews. I did not see his show, because I think his work represents a lot of what is wrong with modern art. Such works place more emphasis on shock than on thought or feeling.
