Paris Pantheon
The Pantheon in Paris is about a half a mile from the hotel where I stay in Paris. It was built as a church during the 1700s, but now houses the remains of many famous people from French history, including Voltaire, Rousseau, Victor Hugo, and Marie Curie, to name a few. Foucault's famous pendulum hung from the dome, but has since been moved.
