In the Pompidou Center is a work by the French artist Fernand Léger, entitled "Composition aux deux perroquets," or composition with two parakeets. The parakeets are in the lower left quarter of the painting. Leger started out as a Cubist, but later changed his style. This work was done when he was in his 50s.
