Scarlet Macaw
Scarlet Macaws are fairly common in Ecuador. This one was on the Tiputini Trail on an island near the Napo Wildlife Center. Macaws have zygodactyl feet like woodpeckers, which means they have two toes pointing forward and two pointing backward. Their squawk is incredibly loud.
