Antarctic Tern
As we travelled farther south, we saw an increasing number of Antarctic Terns, On some days, they seemed quite common. The tail on the Antarctic is forked, but not as deeply forked as that of a breeding Arctic Tern. This one was at Hercules Bay on South Georgia Island.
