Brown-hooded Gull
In Ushuaia, Argentina, we saw Brown-hooded Gulls. I saw one in breeding plumage who had a fairly dark hood and this one who looked like a nonbreeding adult with a washed out hood. It is smaller than both the Kelp and Dolphin Gulls.
