Mountain Gorilla

Gorillas can weigh well over 400 pounds. As with the chimpanzees, I felt a sense of recognition when I looked into their eyes. The group we saw is habituated to being visited by humans, and I wondered what they thought of the primates who came each day, covered in cloth and pointing strange machines at them.
