Black-chested Snake-Eagle & Bateleurs
The Bateleur is a handsome short-tailed eagle. Bateleur is the French word for a street performer or trickster. Here are two we saw in a tree near our Dindira campsite. They are the two lower birds. Above them is an immature Black-chested Snake Eagle. In flight, the underwings of the Bateleur are almost all white.
