Northern Shrike
Northern Shrikes look very similar to Loggerhead Shrikes, who are found in the southern US. One of the ways to tell them apart is that the mask of the Northern Shrike is narrower. This bird was seen atthe Sully Woodlands in Fairfax, Virginia.
