Protect Children

The cigarettes at the Entebbe Airport in Uganda were being sold for $21 a carton, or $2.10 a pack. The average price of a pack in the US is more than $6. If it is important to protect the health of children by not forcing them to breathe secondhand smoke, a much better solution would seem to be to stop selling cheap cigarettes.
