Uganda Child Abuse

When I was in Uganda, I sometimes wore a pair of trousers designed by a birder friend. The trousers had a pocket near my bottom for carrying a field guide, and my guide asked me what it was for. After I told him, he laughed and said he thought it was there so that I could put something into it to protect my bottom before a caning.
