Saddle-billed Storks
Here is a male Saddle-billed Stork at Mikumi National Park. The red spot on the breast gives him a bleeding heart look. Some people in Uganda wanted to make this species the national bird, because the yellow, red, and black bill has the colors of the Ugandan flag, but Uganda stuck with the Grey Crowned Crane.
