Waved Albatrosses

The Waved Albatrosses on Hispaniola engaged in a lot of sexual displays. Sometimes, the displays featured two birds, but other times, three or four participated. The displays involved head bobbing, bill shaking, bill hitting, and pointing the bill straight up into the air while uttering a noise. There are about 12,000 pairs on the island.
