Great Potoo

While on a boat going to the Napo Wildlife Center, we saw a Great Potoo perched high in a tree, looking like a termite nest. It looked lighter than the other potoos I have seen. Potoos are nocturnal and rely on camouflage to avoid predators while roosting during the day.
