Red-eared Sliders

The Red-eared Slider is the most popular pet turtle in the United States. A lot of them have been released by their owners, so they have become an invasive species in many areas. They are native to the Southern United States and Mexico. These turtles were at Huntley Meadows Park in Virginia.
