Lesser Yellowlegs

The two species of yellowlegs can sometimes be difficult to tell apart. The Lesser Yellowlegs has a bill about as long as its head, while the Greater Yellowlegs has a much longer bill in relation to its head. This Lesser Yellowlegs was at Huntley Meadows Park in Virginia.
