90037 + 90026 | 5Z90 At Milton Crossing 01/06/20
90037 'Spirit of Dagenham' flies past Milton Crossing with Grand Central set GC01 (still in VTEC colours), ex-LNER DVT 82201 and Grand Central 90026 on the rear. This was the 5Z90 1332 Wembley Inter City Depot to Widnes Transport Tech.
Originally booked for the Northampton Loop, it was put onto the mainlines at Denbigh Hall North Junction which gave me just enough time to dash across to here to see it. I believe this is the first time one of the Grand Central MK4 sets has passed here.
90026 and 90037 have both since been stored at Crewe IEMD in July 2023 and April 2023 respectively.
The stock was: 12211, 12434, 12310, 10318, 11319, 82201 (ex-BN19)
