Alien in the Garden

Photographed during a visit to Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam Botanical Gardens, in Pamplemousses, Mauritius.

These unusual objects were absolutely fascinating and are the seed pods of the Sacred Lotus Flowers that were growing in abundance.
