St Mary's III

The last image from this iconic location of St Mary's Island and Lighthouse sitting off the North Tyneside coast. This location is approximately halfway between the previous images, and provided a gulley in the cliff (useful as the tide was high, preventing access to the beach). The keen sighted among you might see the "speckled" effect on the water close to the shore - this was a flock of more then 100 gulls floating on the water who would take off, and resettle, each time a wave with a crest approached! Fujifilm X-T30, Fujinon XF 18=55mm f2.8-4 LM R OIS - ISO160/f13/25secs.
