ABC N600 ABC Clitheroe
Back on home territory during Saturday's 280 Farewell Running Day is former ABC DAF SB200 / Northern Counties N600 ABC. New in 1996, this was branded for the route which then originated in Southport as a variation of the original Ribble X27 that had started back even further south in Liverpool.
Through a series of takeovers the DAF found itself in unwanted Stagecoach ownership who quickly sold it on to Isle Coaches where is spent ten years, its longest under one roof, until moving into preservation in 2016.
