Sou 74728 is a Arrowhead 70 ton Committee Design hopper weathered with Pan Pastels mainly and sealed with dull coat. Arrowhead's Nickle Silver code 88 wheels were used. Sergent couplers were used along with hand formed cut levers to reach the linkage. The cut levers were replaced simply due to the stock item's length wouldn't reach.
