Romanian Airforce's F-16 MLU M5.2R "1601" performs a high-G turn, while having the afterburner engaged and the speedbrakes deployed. Notice the large amount of vortices condensing moisture out of the air, generated by the strakes running from the wing root to the cockpit as a measure of the number of Gs being pulled by the pilot.
