Collared Dove - adult probably male - Streptopelia decaocto.
There is a subtle gender difference in the main plumage , the males being slightly pink/ grey and the females being slightly buff grey. Juveniles don’t have the collar.
Not at all common here. Very neat appearance - here just shaken out its feathers on a damp dull morning.
