Red Deer Hind grazing the field beside the house, recently vacated by the Highland Cattle who have been there all winter and spring. The grass is growing very quickly and must be attracting them down off the hill. Its ear is tuned into the sounds from my movements. But is tolerant for the time being. and not disturbed.
