Hidden behind thick trees and timeworn walls, this image quietly holds a piece of Algiers' forgotten past — an old synagogue, no longer seen, but not yet gone.
I intentionally kept the structure partially obscured, allowing nature and texture to veil it, as if time itself were preserving its memory. Shot while parked, I tried to capture it as one would frame a moment in an old film — softly, subtly, deliberately.
