The views are amazing from the balcony and its a great place to sit out in the morning for breakfast.I met the owner who was a very charming and elegant lady who had worked in America. She did everything possible for a relaxing stay at Warika Place Resort. The only drawback I would have say would be the steep climb to the uppermost villa’s not for anyone with walking difficulty’s, but they do have lower ground floor rooms available. That being said its only by climbing the steps do you get the magnificent views across the bay of Karon Beach.
