Opened as the 2nd Jacksonville area Albertsons store in 1975 as Skaggs Albertsons #4307. In 1977 simply became Albertsons. Closed in June 2005 and sold to Rob Rowe. He sold this store to Publix in 2007 (Albertsons Florida Blog)
If you look carefully at the facade just above the liquor store entrance, you can see the labelscar for a previous liquor sign. Likely this was left over from an independent liquor store rented out from Rowe's IGA Markets for their short tenure in this building, but it could very well be the scars from Albertsons "Liquor" sign.
