Red-breasted Nuthatch

This is a species I missed seeing in our yard last year. I spent last Sunday morning watching from our deck, and was thrilled to have this guy come in to the feader a few times. He was a tough subject, but managed to stop briefly in a few open spots for a portrait. Glendale, Missouri
