66102 approaches Downham Market, with the 1409 Middleton Towers to Ince & Elton sand train - 15/04/2021.
I have had some awful luck since a visit to the Hundred Foot Washes on Tuesday. Despite some fantastic light at times, I had photographed no fewer than five consecutive trains across two days in dull conditions. This included a top & tailed failed freight train at Brandon on the same day as this, when the sun came out less than five minutes after the train had passed.
I did wonder if I would have success with this train, but despite some very nervous moments, the sun thankfully stayed out for this to pass.
